Dominic Habsburg- Lothringen, Maria Magdalena Holzhausen and Elizabeth Sandofer, the sons of Princess Ileana of Romania, require more than 330 hectares of woods, but also a manor house and the afferent land totalizing 3 hectares. Their demand will not be solved so soon, as the papers are being transferred from the County Board to Schitu Duca City Hall.

The ex-manor house has been functioning for years as Poieni Assistance Center, where the General Department for Child Protection and Social Security (DGASPC) takes care of 30 children coming from some families with extremely reduced financial resources.
The heirs of Bran Castle, an edifice estimated to approximately 25 million Dollars, have been fighting for years in order to obtain an estate from Schitu Duca Commune. This time, the stake is also quite important, the revendication aiming at more than 330 hectares of woods, a manor house and the afferent land, totalizing 3 hectares. The former manor-house has been functioning as Poieni Assistance Center, where the General Department for Child Protection and Social Security (DGASPC) takes care of 30 children.
