The people of Iasi that buys the electric products should pray that these do not break , becuse, in case, they should confront a true calvary :weeks of waiting, answers in vain and other troubles. They are treated with disgust by the employers and receive answers like:" We have a service, but displeasing, we are lacking the components and it takes a lot." And a lot of days indeed until the buyers receive again the product supposed to be in function. For 3 years of guarantee, a product that does not work can stay in service for almost three months.
