Two Pharmacies Must Return Two Billion Lei

CAS' management has terminated the contract with the pharmacies Davila and LDCD, as the money for free and compensated receipts have been wasted on other purposes. The management of the Medical Insurance Department (CAS) terminated the contract with the pharmacies Davila of Iasi and with LDCD of Letcani, after the control which proved that the money transferred by CAS for free and compensated medicines was spent on other purposes. The two drugstores have to return CAS the sum of 2 billion Lei.
