Morbidly obese Zach Moore, 35, lost half his body weight in 18 months, for the sake of his eight-year-old son Zach Jr and wife Amber. The Mixed Martial Arts fight card matchmaker had a BMI of 60 when he was taken to hospital with food poisoning in 2013. During his stint in the ward he quit smoking, stopped drinking fizzy drinks and cut out sugar which was the catalyst to losing 110lbs in 100 days. It kick-started new healthy habits and Zach ditched his favourite fast-foods in a bid to slim down even more. SEE CATERS NEWS
